Khoy Long

Khoy joined InSTEDD in 2009, bringing with her over twelve years of experience in the areas of grant management, audit, and finance as well as office administration and staff development. Khoy provided leadership in the development of the infrastructure for InSTEDD’s flagship Innovation Laboratory in Phnom Penh, Cambodia (iLab). In her current role as operations manager, she is the lead operations team member responsible for the overall operations management of the iLab Southeast Asia, including finance, tax & accounting, human resources, staff development, and asset and facilities management.

In addition, she is the international liaison for operations between Southeast Asia and US operations headquarters. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and banking at Pannasastra University of Cambodia, a master’s degree in development management from Norton University, and a diploma in accounting at Royal University of Law and Economics.
