Global Accounting & Human Resource Manager
Bridget is a San Francisco Bay Area native. After returning to the Bay Area from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in June 1995, she began working with several professional groups in the Finance & Accounting sector. In 2001, Bridget became a California Registered Tax Preparer and within a year, she opened a tax consulting and bookkeeping business. Her clients have included venture capital firms, executive recruiters, orthopedic surgeons, and other professional organizations. Most recently she was the in-house accountant for the Ansel Adams Gallery which furthered her love and appreciation for photography.
Bridget joined the InSTEDD team in 2011 as our portfolio of work was beginning to scale. She brings over seventeen years experience in finance and accounting to her role. She is the finance liaison and operations lead between the US office and our field-based Innovation Labs: iLab Southeast Asia and the iLab Latin America.
Bridget works closely with our COO leading the design and development of InSTEDD’s comprehensive Human Resources function. Bridget enjoys the challenge of working in fast-paced, complex environments, where she can use her skills to design efficiencies into the distributed workflows of our international team.
Bridget has a young daughter who is a competitive volleyball player. She is actively involved in volleyball tournaments and is a volunteer coach at her daughter’s school. Bridget is also an avid sports fan and can be found on her free weekends at a San Francisco Giants game.
